Port City Companies, a Telecommunications, Dependability Tracking and Fulfillment Services Company, is currently seeking qualified individuals for its Call Center operation. The successful candidates must have a professional and optimistic personality with terrific telephone skills. Our customer service team represents a variety of clients and communicates directly with our clients’ customers, patients and employees. A professional attitude and telephone voice are essential for this position. Excellent data entry skills using Port City’s customized computer system is critical. The position will be assigned to a 24-30 hour per week schedule. However, this position, as a condition of employment, is also responsible for working other shifts as the relief CSR for employee days off, etc. We are a 24/7/365 operation.
