Port City Communications, Inc. is located in historic downtown Port Huron, Michigan, 60 miles north of Detroit, in St. Clair County. Port City has been providing telephone answering and calls center services since 1961. The entire team at Port City Communications has grown the company both in geographic cover- age area, (North America) as well as service offerings. From customized call handling to fulfillment warehousing and shipping. We take pride in our mission statement, "Helping you succeed" and have built this business on that basis and a philosophy of "*there's a way it can be done.*" We understand that our success is directly based on our customer's success and we play an integral part in that process.
Our equipment is state of the art and is backed up with redundant drives, two battery back-up systems, and a 12,000 kva generator. We recognize that power failures are not acceptable in this business, and we have taken measures to assure continued service.
